So what are the rolls called that have the soft, fresh, non-fried wraps? I always called those spring rolls, and the cooked ones I call egg rolls. But I'm just making that up.
Are you talking about the rolls that are wrapped in tapioca paper with all kinds of fresh goodness in side? I think that you can call those Spring Rolls as well. Honestly I think egg roll and spring roll mean different things depending on what "nationality" the roll is.
